Job Description

LHH is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant for a contract to hire position in Charlotte, NC! The ideal candidate has 4+ years of professional experience supporting executive leadership. This position is fully onsite in South Charlotte Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Manage and maintain schedules, ensuring all appointments and meetings are accurately recorded and organized.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets for various reports and data analysis.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Schedule, organize, and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging necessary resources.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years' experience supporting senior leadership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
