Job Description

Job Title: Senior Business Cooperation Associate

Location: Fontana, CA - Onsite

This Business Associate role will act as an assistant to the President of JD Logistics Americas and will play a key role in achieving our expansion goals in the Americas.

PLEASE NOTE: Strongly prefer candidates with Consulting background and Supply Chain Industry experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Liaison & Coordination: Serve as a crucial bridge between the President, internal departments, external partners, and clients in the US market. Ensure seamless communication and information flow to support smooth business operations. Organize and execute high - level internal and external business meetings, including agenda preparation, venue arrangement, and follow - up on meeting outcomes.

Market Research: Conduct in - depth research on the US logistics market, tracking industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to aid the President in strategic decision - making. Analyze market data to help formulate business strategies for partnerships and growth.

Negotiation Support: Participate in business negotiations with partners, clients, and suppliers under the President's guidance. Prepare essential materials such as market analysis, competitor comparisons, and proposed cooperation terms. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing cooperation agreements, ensuring compliance with US laws and protecting company interests.

Relationship Management: Represent the company and the President at external events to maintain a positive corporate image. Build and nurture relationships with industry associations, government agencies, and key stakeholders. Handle public relations matters related to the President, including media inquiries and industry conference participation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in business - related fields; master’s preferred.
  • Experience: 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience, international business being highly desirable.
  • Experience in executive support is a plus.
  • Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in other languages is an advantage

Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in office software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with high confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with US business culture and logistics regulations is required
  • Willingness to travel frequently as needed.
