Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Identify novel methods and technical solutions to support commercial objectives in manufacturing and selling cleaning products.
• Perform testing using wet chemistry and instrumental techniques on finished samples and raw materials.
• Responsibilities focused on preparing new formulations, conducting analytical testing, and handling regulatory functions and investigation projects.
• Assist the Lab Director with priority projects to support production and the development of new products.
• Conduct scientific and regulatory investigations related to projects, including research on EPA and FDA guidelines.
• Investigate raw materials, and consider environmental and sustainability factors.
• Assist in developing new testing protocols and support Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) documentation.

Requirements:

• BS degree in Chemistry; MS, PhD, or Chemical Engineering preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in cleaning products or personal care.
• Laboratory experience preferred
• Knowledgeable in laboratory wet chemistry and basic instrumentation.
• Competent in performing basic mathematical and scientific calculations.
• Strong experimental background with the ability to solve technical problems.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with experience in analytical development and product characterization in consumer products or chemicals.
• 4 hour shift working 3 days a week
