  • Prepare and present development updates to senior leadership and investment committees.

Qualifications

  • 5–12+ years of development experience, with a focus on multifamily and/or mixed-use projects.
  • Strong financial acumen, with experience building and managing detailed proformas and budgets.
  • Demonstrated success in managing entitlement processes, design development, and construction oversight.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management software; experience with Argus or similar tools a plus.
  • Ability to travel nationally to oversee projects as required.
