Job Description

Our client, a large agency in Dallas, is looking for a Senior Experience Planner to architect compelling, data-driven customer journeys that drive engagement and build lasting relationships for 2-3 month contract. In this role, you will lead communication strategies that leverage customer insights to effectively generate and nurture leads across the entire customer lifecycle for a large financial client. You will design and execute customer experience programs using a wide range of channels and platforms, including email, direct mail, mobile, and social.   • This is a 40-hour/week contract through mid-April with the potential for extension. This role requires 2-days/week onsite in Dallas.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop customer journey strategies that align with business objectives and maximize engagement across the customer lifecycle.
  • Lead communication strategy, using insights to create campaigns that attract, nurture, and retain customers.
  • Design and implement customer experience programs across multiple channels, including email, direct mail, mobile, and social media.
  • Use data analytics to identify customer pain points and opportunities, delivering actionable insights to optimize customer journeys.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including creative, account, and analytics teams, to ensure alignment and delivery of cohesive experiences.
  • Build and maintain CRM strategies, ensuring strong engagement and performance across all touchpoints.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and effectiveness.
  • Provide thought leadership to internal teams and clients, showcasing expertise in customer experience planning and communication strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in experience planning or communication strategy at an agency, with a strong focus on CRM channels.
  • Proven experience working with financial clients, with an understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and tools, as well as experience designing campaigns across email, direct mail, mobile, and social.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to both internal teams and clients.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Strong collaborative skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
