Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing manufacturing finance team. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement (four days on-site, Fridays remote) and the opportunity to support strategic financial initiatives.

About the Role:

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in cost accounting, inventory analysis, and financial reporting. You will partner with operations leadership to drive process improvements, strategic financial planning, and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis & Business Partnering: Provide insights for plant managers and leadership teams, ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.
• Inventory & Cost Accounting: Maintain standard cost systems, perform variance analysis, and oversee inventory controls.
• Forecasting & Budgeting: Develop labor efficiency forecasts, analyze capital expenditures (ROI analysis), and ensure financial accuracy.
• Process Improvement: Identify cost-saving opportunities, streamline month-end close, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strategic Growth Support: Assist in M&A activity, business unit expansion, and cross-functional financial projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of financial analysis and cost accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites (2+ plants).
• Strong background in inventory management, variance analysis, and standard cost systems.
• Proficiency in Oracle and OneStream (preferred).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for process improvement and operational efficiency.
