岗位名称：资深运营师（Senior Operations Specialist）
工作地点：美国硅谷/芝加哥
岗位职责：
1.支持美洲业务板块中长期战略落地，协助推进重点项目、重点事项的OPL闭环管理；
2.参与市场分析、业务洞察、专案追踪、计划管控等关键运营工作；
3.重点协调市场/芝加哥基地资源，推动运营效率提升与组织协同；
4.协助撰写高质量的汇报材料、周报月报、专题简报等，提升运营透明度；
5.支持中美团队协作，推进制度流程优化及专项议题研究；
6.参与年度经营计划、三级运营管理体系建设等核心运营管理工作。
任职要求：
工作经验：不少于5年，有成熟企业或项目经历者优先；
教育背景：本科及以上学历，商科、理工类优先；
专业背景：
有新能源行业（电池、储能、汽车等）工作经验优先；
有战略/市场/管理咨询背景优先；
语言：中英双语流利；熟悉中美两地文化与工作节奏。
