We are seeking a Senior Paralegal to provide high-level legal support across contract management, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters. This role works closely with in-house counsel and external legal partners, contributing to the review, drafting, and coordination of legal documents and processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and revise a variety of agreements, including vendor contracts, service agreements, employment-related documents, and real estate materials.
  • Support legal due diligence efforts for corporate transactions and real estate closings.
  • Conduct legal and regulatory research and summarize findings for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with documentation related to mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain and update standardized templates and legal forms.
  • Draft corporate governance materials such as resolutions, board presentations, and organizational documents.
  • Support employment-related legal matters, including EEOC responses and claims tracking.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely execution and proper storage of contracts.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Paralegal certification from an accredited program preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
  • Prior experience in Health Care or with a Multi-Company is preferred.
  • Familiarity with contract management systems, legal research tools, and document databases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with legal tech platforms is a plus.

***This role is on-site 5 days a week with opportunity to work from home once every pay period.
