Senior Quality Engineer

$75K - 95K yrly (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Quality Assurance & Process Improvement

• Lead quality control initiatives to ensure product conformance to specifications.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance delivery, receiving performance, and financial accuracy .
• Support supply chain and manufacturing operations by analyzing quality data and driving corrective actions .

✅ Inspection & Compliance

• Perform detailed inspections using precision measurement tools ( calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, hardness testers, etc. ).
• Calibrate and maintain inspection tools to ensure accurate measurements.
• Interpret and analyze technical drawings and blueprints to verify part compliance.

✅ Manufacturing Support & Safety

• Work closely with internal departments and operations teams to resolve quality-related issues.

What You Bring:

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Quality Management (or equivalent experience).

✔ 2 – 5 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or OEM industry.

✔ Six Sigma certification ( Black Belt preferred ).

✔ Strong knowledge of quality control standards, concepts, and industry best practices .

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ERP systems .

✔ Hands-on experience with inspection tools, hand tools, forklifts, and rigging equipment .
