· You’ll mentor SEO Specialists, coaching them on tools, strategy, and client communication.

· You’ll stay ahead of search innovations (AI tools, GEO-targeting, automation) and propose new ways to improve results.

The Skills You’ll Have:

· Advanced SEO expertise with a strong analytical mindset

· At least three years of SEO or commensurate experience

· Confident in explaining technical SEO concepts to non-experts

· Skilled in GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and technical SEO problem-solving (coding knowledge a plus)

· Experienced in leading strategy and mentoring junior team members

· Strong communicator who builds trust with clients and teams

· Able to manage multiple complex accounts in a fast-paced agency environment

· Bachelor’s degree and significant SEO/marketing experience; agency background strongly preferred

· B2B client experience strongly preferred; healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and business service industries a plus

A Day in the Life:

· Lead a client call to present reporting, explain ranking shifts, and recommend next steps

· Run a technical SEO audit, flagging crawl errors, site speed issues, and content gaps

· Reply to a client email questioning results with data, context, and clear adjustments

· Join a pod meeting with designers, writers, and marketers to align on a campaign launch

· Research schema markup, refine a keyword cluster, and set up automated reporting

· Wrap up by logging time, noting takeaways, and prepping tomorrow’s key tasks

The Benefits You’ll Enjoy:

· Competitive salary + annual performance incentives

· Employer contributed 401k + profit sharing

· Fully paid health insurance, dental, and vision

· Paid parental leave

· Flexible remote and in-person work model

· Generous paid time and summer Fridays
