Day-to-Day

Insight Global is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to lead the development of modern, data-driven, and multimedia-rich experiences across our digital client-facing platforms. These platforms include our secure Salesforce Experience Cloud–based client portal and integrated content delivery systems powered by Azure-native infrastructure.

This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in hybrid environments—combining hands-on development with architectural awareness of distributed systems, personalization engines, and customer data orchestration. You will play a critical role in building scalable, secure, and observable applications designed for high-traffic, high-impact financial services use cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Azure-native services such as Azure Functions, API Management, Blob Storage, Cosmos DB, and Event Grid.
  • Develop scalable and secure microservices and RESTful APIs in .NET Core or Node.js.
  • Collaborate with Front-end to build performant, responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript that integrate with Salesforce Experience Cloud and content personalization engines.
  • Implement role-based authentication and authorization workflows using Okta and Auth0.
  • Integrate with third-party systems including CDPs, marketing automation platforms, media streaming (e.g., Kaltura), and CMS platforms (e.g., SitecoreXM).
  • Build for scale—supporting high concurrency, media streaming, and real-time content personalization across web and mobile channels.
  • Contribute to DevOps pipelines and infrastructure automation (Bicep, Terraform, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps).
  • Ensure system reliability and observability using tools such as Splunk, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights.
  • Participate in Agile team processes, including sprint planning, technical design reviews, and backlog refinement.
