About The Role

• Take food and beverage orders throughout the dining room and bar, ensuring accuracy when entering orders into the Point-of-Sale system (following successful completion of training and assessments)

• Serve bread tableside with finesse and attention to detail

• Run food and beverages efficiently from the kitchen and bar to guests

• Assist in expediting food to maintain flow and presentation standards

• Prepare and serve coffee and tea, and pour wine with proper technique and presentation

• Set up and break down the restaurant for service, including preparing dining and service areas

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas before, during, and after service

• Restock service stations and supplies as needed throughout the shift

• Move and arrange tables and chairs to accommodate reservations and service needs

• Iron linens, clear, mark, and reset tables promptly between courses and seatings

• Polish silverware, glassware, plates, and brass trays to maintain impeccable presentation standards

• Adhere strictly to defined steps of service to ensure consistency and excellence

• Provide seamless support to colleagues and management to uphold a collaborative team environment

• Report directly to the Assistant General Manager and follow all guidance and operational protocols

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in fine-dining or luxury hospitality

• High level of personal energy and enthusiasm for hospitality

• Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards

• High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence

• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

• Knowledge of food, wine, and coffee/tea service techniques is an advantage
