Terra e Mare is looking to hire server/bartender. Applicants must be friendly, hard working, team oriented, comfortable with food and liquor service. Must be available to work consistently, have a positive attitude at all times and be an excellent communicator.
Previous food service is required. A valid alcohol certification is required. POS system knowledge is a plus. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: greeting guests, offering menu assistance, offering specials, delivering food and beverages, follow up, guest retention, cleaning, sanitizing, side work, team work of all varieties, being responsible for cash and credit payments, etc. If you want to work for a growing company that prides itself on promoting a positive work environment, consider applying.
