1. JOB SUMMARY

The basic function for this position at GearTec, Inc. is to ensure parts are handled carefully upon receiving material from the vendor to the final stage of shipment to the customer. He/she at times may be assigned by the Shop Foreman to perform other duties related in supporting the manufacturing process. The position requires that the individual be responsible and accountable in keeping up with the daily schedule that is developed by the Shop Foreman. The position requires a good background in packing high Quality machine parts, and an excellent background in concepts of shipping and receiving heavy parts.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

* Clean and safe work area.

* Accurate and daily paper-work.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

To perform this job successfully, this individual must be able

to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements

listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or

ability required.

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma
• Experience driving a non CDL box truck

Manufacturing Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret drawing, follow routers, process sheets and work instructions.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Lift Truck (Fork-Lift) preferred
• Ohio Drivers Licenses
• Over Head Crane (Hoist)

Compensation details: 24-27 Hourly Wage
