Infiltrator Water Technologies (IWT) is a market leader within the onsite wastewater treatment industry, Infiltrator manufactures a variety of revolutionary products and innovative, environmentally friendly alternatives to traditional stone and pipe leachfield and concrete septic wastewater system components. The majority of our products are produced almost entirely from recycled resins. Infiltrator’s recycling operation is among the country’s top twenty producers / consumers of recycled resins and among only a few of whom consume 100% of that resin in the finished products produced. Infiltrator operates some of largest molding machines and robotics producing the largest plastic molded parts in the world. IWT has always and continues to compete on innovation; we hold over 200 patents.

P OSITION OVERVIEW :

Oversee and supervise the shipping operations at both shipping locations building #5 and shipping lot #7.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mo ni tor and oversee both outgoing and incoming shipping activities to make sure that everything that is received or shipped out meets quality standards
• R esponsible for posting weight and shipping charges to orders as required
• In charge of compiling a list of unfulfilled orders for future reference
• Direct the movement of finished good product staging areas to storage lots/location
• Inspect loading operations to make sure that they comply with shipping specifications
• Decide the load limit of each truck used in the loading and delivery process. Read shipping notices, invoices, orders, and other documents to determine priorities and ship ping methods that are needed to meet schedule
• Ca rry out regular inventory reconciliation of supplied materials
• Play a mediator’s role between shipping units and vendors in the case of discrepancies in shipments, and reconcile with the appropriate bodies
• Identify opportunities for enhancement and suggest ways of improvement to top management of the organization
• En sure the availability of stock to reduce shortages
• Participate in hiring and training of new personnel for the company’s shipping unit
• A bili ty to Supervise employees across multiple shifts and shipping location
• Su ppo rt the simplification and standardization of processes in a bid to enhance effectiveness.
• Other duties and tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS (must have):

• A minimum of high school diploma

QUALIFICATIONS (beneficial):

• Previous forklift experience
• A concrete and verifiable knowledge of shipping and/or logistics procedures
• Proven experience of at least 2 years in a Shipping management or supervisory role
• A higher degree (BS/BA) would be of added advantage.
