We are looking for a Skilled Trades Recruiting professional who works with urgency and maintains a strong customer service focus to join our mission of helping as many people as possible succeed. The Skilled Trades Recruiter will be responsible for tasks such as recruiting skilled talent, marketing talent to clients, managing clients' and candidates' communication and needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of daily activity to fill all job orders urgently.
• Build a strong network of associates through daily recruiting and interviews, fostering supportive relationships.
• Thoroughly qualify and complete work orders.
• Expand business with new and existing accounts through daily sales calls.
• Efficiently coordinate and adjust activities daily.
• Utilize and maintain the automated tracking system to fill assignments.
• Ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention with both associates and clients.

Additional Requirements

• Highschool GED or Diploma
• Proficiency in MS Suite
• Type 40 WPM

This is a full-time on-site role in Tualatin, OR.
