Job Summary

To conceptualize, design and deliver product / sustenance delivery through the team as per defined scope and standards in a particular technology

Key Responsibilities:

• To architect, design and develop through team solution for product / sustenance delivery.
• To train and develop team to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
• To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
• To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.

Minimum Requirements

15+ years of experience in designing and implementing B2C solutions, including e-commerce, CRM, and customer engagement platforms.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of B2C solutions, including customer onboarding, loyalty programs, personalization, and e-commerce platforms.
• Define and document technical architecture, including system integration, data flow, and API specifications.
• Integrate .NET applications with various systems and platforms, such as CRM, ERP, and third-party APIs.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools for B2C solutions, such as cloud platforms (Azure, GCP), microservices, and containerization.
• Conduct thorough system analysis and design reviews to identify potential risks and ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that solutions are implemented according to design specifications and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies related to B2C solutions and .NET integration.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Proven experience with API design, development, and integration (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).
• Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (Azure, GCP) and their associated services.
• Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CICD pipelines.
• Experience and knowledge of Sitecore.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay and Benefits

• Pay Range Minimum: $71,000 per year
• Pay Range Maximum: $145,200 per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
