We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team. The ideal candidate will be ARDMS-certified with at least 2 years of ultrasound experience in an inpatient hospital setting. This role includes performing a wide range of general ultrasound procedures in adult and pediatric populations, including portable exams.

Job Title: Sonographer
Location: Washington, DC 20007
Schedule: M-F with EOW
Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)
Pay Range: $2250-$2550 Gross Weekly
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality general ultrasound imaging procedures, including:
- Abdominal Aorta, Appendix, Biliary Tract, Breast, Gallbladder
- Liver, Spleen, Intraoperative, Lung Biopsy
- Renal/Bladder, Uterus, Ovaries, Prostate, Hernia
- Small Parts (e.g., Thyroid)
- Utilize PACS for imaging documentation and storage
- Float within department as needed, based on competency
- Follow isolation precautions and safety protocols
Requirements:
- ARDMS certification required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist
- Proficiency in both adult and pediatric imaging
- Experience with portable studies and inpatient settings preferred
Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with PACS and various ultrasound equipment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Leadership or management experience a plus
