Hasbro is hiring a Senior Brand Writer to lead written content creation for our DTC fan business, hasbropulse.com. This writer will set the strategy for Hasbro Pulse’s online Product Detail Pages (PDP), as well as concept and write a wide range of web content that engages our fan community while accelerating traffic and conversion.

What You’ll Do:

• DTC CONTENT STRATEGY: Evolve Hasbro Pulse into a world-class fan destination through impactful, data-supported creative and consistent performance tracking.
• SEO OPTIMIZATION: Analyze content trends, SEO reports, and fan community trends with a focus on creating high-demand content
• BRAND COPYWRITING: Craft on-brand content based on consumer research and shepherd traffic- and conversion-driving storytelling across all branded digital media touchpoints—blogs, articles, scripts, social posts, product naming, packaging, instructions, etc.
• COLLABORATION & ADVOCACY: Partner with visual strategists, UI/UX designers, testing and SEO analysts, marketing, product design, global translations, and other teams across the organization to ensure content is aligned with overall strategy and processes.
• GROWTH MINDSET: Welcome challenges as opportunities and sustain an adaptable, resilient approach, constantly seeking new ways to improve and deliver outstanding results

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in D2C digital content strategy and fan-focused copywriting
• Avid fan of Hasbro brands, franchises, and licensed partnerships
• Proven track record of delivering work on time and independently managing multiple projects at various stages of development
• Outstanding writing and editing skills that reflect attention to detail and a focus on grammar
• Seeking individuals who are motivated and driven to excel in a fast-paced work setting
• Extensive knowledge of strategies to optimize a brand's/item's standing on the digital shelf
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams

Compensation Range (USD):

Starting: $66,300

Ending: $130,200
