Job Type: Contract-Hire

Location: Dallas, TX- Hybrid

Duration: Until 11/01/2025

  • Design and implement secure, scalable infrastructure and automation solutions for cloud-native environments.
  • Integrate security practices (SAST, DAST, IaC scanning) directly into our SDLC using tools like Prisma Cloud and SonarQube .
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions , ArgoCD , and Terraform .
  • Manage containerized applications with Docker , Kubernetes , and Helm , ensuring efficient deployment across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Implement and maintain secure artifact repositories ( Artifactory, Nexus ) and robust monitoring systems ( Prometheus, Grafana ).
  • Champion DevSecOps best practices across the organization, helping us stay ahead of the curve.
  • Utilize SIEM tools like Splunk for threat detection, logging, and incident response.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and scaling using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) .
  • Collaborate across development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless and secure application delivery.
  • Lead internal knowledge-sharing sessions, improve documentation, and mentor junior team members.

What We’re Looking For

  • 9+ years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps, software delivery automation, and secure infrastructure design.
  • Strong background with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, including cloud security principles.
  • Proven expertise in:
  • CI/CD pipeline automation
  • Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Helm
  • IaC scanning and static/dynamic code analysis tools
  • API and container security
  • Proficiency in Unix/Linux systems, scripting (Python, Bash, Go), and web server configuration (Nginx, Apache).
  • Experience with tools such as Prisma Cloud, Nessus, CrowdStrike, and other modern security platforms.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and team collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Expert-level certification in Azure or related technologies.
  • Experience with GitOps workflows and security automation at scale.
  • Familiarity with SOC processes, vulnerability management, and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, ITIL).
