  • Worksite Location: Golden Valley, MN | Hybrid
  • Compensation: $35-40/hr

What you’ll do as the Sr. International Rewards Consultant:

  • Act as a strategic partner to HR Business Partners, Talent Partners, and global business leaders by consulting on a wide range of compensation and benefits topics
  • Provide guidance on compensation philosophy, programs, and processes, as well as benefits frameworks and external market trends
  • Offer insights and recommendations to enhance competitiveness by leveraging external market intelligence and professional networks
  • Manage compensation activities including job evaluations, survey matching, annual performance and rewards processes, and competitive reviews
  • Support regulatory compliance efforts such as FLSA analysis and other compensation-related regulations
  • Guide Talent Solutions Consultants on complex internal job offers and bring data and insights to life through reporting and analytics in partnership with other centers of excellence
  • Collaborate with global teams to provide input on the design and deployment of global reward programs, policies, procedures, systems, and communications
  • Advance international rewards understanding by leading benchmarking and costing initiatives across global markets
  • Oversee the governance and review of global benefits programs, including maintaining a centralized inventory of offerings, conducting design reviews and cost analysis, and supporting annual survey efforts
  • Partner with local HR teams and stakeholders to validate benefit costs and support global alignment
  • Lead assigned projects by building work plans, managing internal and external resources, and ensuring successful delivery through proactive risk identification and issue resolution
  • Drive collaboration across HR functions to implement initiatives and resolve issues efficiently

What you’ll bring to the Sr. International Rewards Consultant role:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MA-HRIR) preferred
  • 5–7+ years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits, with strong global exposure
  • Expertise in compensation program design, including salary structures, job evaluations, base pay, and incentive planning
  • In-depth knowledge of international compensation and benefits practices and benchmarking
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel and data tools
  • Strong business acumen, project management capabilities, and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience working in systems such as Workday preferred
  • Relevant certifications such as CCP, PHR, SPHR, or GPHR a plus
