Job Title: Sr Organizational Development Advisor
Duration: 7 Months (Possible Extension)
Location: REMOTE in Durham, NC
Job Summary:
Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in organizational development, human resources or business management OR
Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience as stated above.
Experience consulting with all levels of management, including senior leaders, to mature and improve organizational culture, change capabilities and team effectiveness while driving desired business outcomes
Significant experience in creating and delivering effective presentations and report outs to leadership teams (including senior leaders)
Experience in implementing positive organizational change strategies, plans and resources that deliver on business results and cultivate a thriving culture
Experience leading and managing projects, programs or initiatives
