LevelUp Consulting is a civil engineering, planning, and landscape architecture consulting firm specializing in the land development industry. We are seeking a Sr Project Manager capable of managing and building relationships with clients, managing projects, and training younger staff.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering team while building and managing client relationships.
• Establish project budgets and scopes of work
• Manage projects and have the ability to design projects and prepare plans as needed to keep projects on schedule.
• QC project design and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
• Grow and mentor staff, help recruit, and be a positive role model for the office.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college.
• PE license in the State of Florida
• 8+ years experience designing land development projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil3D, ICPR, and WaterCAD
• Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
