Staff Pharmacist – Lenexa, KS

As a Staff Pharmacist, you’ll step into a role where your expertise makes an impact and your workflow stays clear, structured, and fully supported. From compounding to collaboration, your work directly contributes to patients receiving the therapies they rely on without unnecessary barriers or operational chaos.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure accuracy and safety in all aspects of medication preparation, compounding, and dispensing.
• Partner with nursing teams to coordinate patient care and support positive outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation standards.
• Provide clinical insight and guidance to pharmacy staff, nurses, and prescribers.
• Support purchasing, scheduling, and quality-improvement initiatives as needed.
• Step into leadership responsibilities under the direction of the Pharmacist-in-Charge when appropriate.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in the state of practice (multi-state a plus)
• 1–2 years of recent experience in clinical or infusion pharmacy preferred
• Strong understanding of infusion therapies, compounding, and pharmacokinetics
• High attention to detail and accuracy; commitment to compliance
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a steady, well-structured care environment
