Staffing Consultant – Fairfax, VA

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40–45 hours/week)

Compensation : $55,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen, interview, and hire Field Associates for a variety of client assignments.
• Match client staffing needs with the right candidates by understanding both skillsets and company culture.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Provide exceptional service to clients by maintaining regular communication, resolving issues, and supporting their workforce goals.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives to grow existing accounts and develop new business.

What We’re Looking For:

• Self-starter with high energy and a proactive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you’re not afraid to pick up the phone or meet someone new.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in decision-making.
• Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or sales is a plus but not required.
