Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 10 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $16.50-$18.50

Are you a  customer service pro with an eye for organization and a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Do you have experience in  home services, retail, or office administration ? If so, we want YOU to be part of our growing team!

At  Oklahoma Ponds , we specialize in koi ponds, water features, and everything aquatic. We’re looking for a  Store and Client Support Specialist to be the friendly face of our store while handling retail operations and administrative tasks.

What You'll Do:

Customer Service & Sales Support

• Answer phones, collect lead information, and follow lead procedures
• Assist customers with product and pond decisions
• Process payments, apply transactions to accounts, and handle deposits
• Contact past-due accounts and assist with basic client follow-ups

Retail & Store Operations

• Maintain tidiness in the store, parking lot, and outdoor pond display areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc.)
• Restock and organize inventory, apply pricing, and update our Square POS system
• Improve merchandising and maintain an inviting retail space
• Process mail, deliveries, and purchase orders
• Manage warranty claims and delegate property repairs as needed

Pond & Display Maintenance

• Maintain water levels in all store display ponds, plant tanks, and fish tanks
• Ensure display features are clean, clear, and visually appealing
• Clean skimmer baskets and filter pads on display ponds weekly
• Add water treatments to display features

Administrative Support

• Maintain files for vehicles, insurance, and vendors
• Organize and send receipts to bookkeepers
• Liaison between management, bookkeepers, and insurance providers

Who We're Looking For:

✔ Customer service or retail experience (home services experience is a big plus!)

✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

✔ Comfortable multitasking and working independently

✔Experience with POS systems (Square) and basic bookkeeping is a bonus

✔Someone who enjoys a mix of indoor and outdoor work
