We are looking for an extravert on the sales floor, a compassionate and motivating leader and creative, dedicated team player to open our brand new location at Cross Creek Ranch in Malibu! Someone who can bring a positive energy to our customers, organization to processes and loves building relationships with clientele and their team. If you are eager to sell and make an impact at a growing company, we want you on our team!
Duties include and are not limited to:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management and web order fulfillment.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets.
- Train and supervise store staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service.
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to employees.
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to maintain inventory.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of stock records.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail management role is required.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in math and computer applications.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
