Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound POs, international freight, and customs clearance to ensure timely, compliant product arrival
• Monitor inbound inventory and maintain tools/documents (POs, SKUs, ASNs, ERP) to support supply readiness
• Lead cross-functional timelines and product launches, while sourcing and onboarding new supply chain partners
• Oversee PO and shipment records, audit freight/customs documents, and drive process improvements to cut costs and lead times
• Execute quality control and compliance checks, ensuring adherence to food safety, traceability, and certification requirements

Candidate Profile:

• 2–4 years of CPG experience in supply chain, purchasing, or production, with knowledge of POs, freight, and import documentation.
• Familiarity with food-related QC/QA processes and traceability systems.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
