Our organization seeks a skilled and experienced Technical Product and Delivery Manager to join our team. As the Technical Product and Delivery Manager, you will be pivotal in managing our customers IT Product and Delivery strategy and ensuring flawless delivery. At the nexus of technological innovation and operational delivery, this role requires a strategic visionary with an unyielding commitment to excellence in execution. You'll partner with and work with our engineers and innovative technical experts as you provide IT solution consulting tailored to the evolving needs of our customers.
This is a fully remote, full-time position.
Roles and Responsibilities
Technical Product Management :
- Product Strategy & Vision :
- Develop and refine product strategies aligned with customer objectives.
- Engage in market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Define the product vision and strategy, and ensure that it is aligned with the cutsomers's overall business goals.
- Roadmap Planning :
- Create and maintain product roadmaps to guide project timelines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features based on business value and customer feedback.
- Requirements Gathering :
- Lead the process of gathering and documenting detailed product requirements.
- Engage stakeholders to validate requirements and product concepts.
- Infrastructure Development and Maintenance :
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of cloud infrastructure using platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Help in developing and deploying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Automation and Optimization :
- Contribute to the automation of deployment processes, aiming to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency.
- Assist in the optimization of system performance and resource utilization.
- Assist in developing automation scripts and tools to streamline system installation, configuration, and maintenance processes.
Delivery Management :
- Project Management :
- Oversee the execution of spint plans, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Utilize agile methodologies to streamline development processes and enhance product quality.
- Resource Allocation and Management :
- Manage resources efficiently, ensuring the optimal allocation across various projects.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster personal and professional growth.
- Risk Management :
- Identify potential risks and create strategies to mitigate them.
- Engage in crisis management, offering solutions to keep projects on track.
Collaboration and Communication :
- Stakeholder Communication :
- Foster open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and milestones.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and development teams.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including product managers, executives, and customers, to keep them informed of progress and address any concerns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Documentation :
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the seamless integration of technologies and solutions.
- Facilitate problem-solving sessions to address complex challenges and foster innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive and innovative solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation outlining system architecture, procedures, and best practices.
- Document procedures, configurations, and specifications, ensuring that knowledge is effectively shared across the team.
- Contribute to the maintenance of a knowledge base to facilitate continuous learning and team development.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and develop solutions accordingly.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team skills and expertise.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including system designs, configurations, and procedures.
Qualifications :
- Educational Background :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree will be considered a plus.
- Certifications in product management or Agile development or AWS Cloud.
- Experience :
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a related role, with a track record of delivering complex products successfully.
- Previous experience in a technical role, such as a developer or systems analyst, is desirable.
- Experience with data analysis and user research.
- Experience in government consulting preferred.
- Experience in management consulting is preferred, and a client-facing role is a plus.
- Skills :
- Proficient in agile and scrum methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Strong technical background, with a deep understanding of software development processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technological Proficiency :
- Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with modern programming languages and web technologies.

All work must be conducted within the U.S., excluding U.S. territories. Some federal contracts require U.S. citizenship to be eligible for employment.
