Job Description

Our client is actively seeking a Telecom Project Analyst to support their Corporate IT Team.

This opportunity would be hybrid 2-3 days onsite in Chicago, IL

Requirements

Must have Telecom operations experience
As the project analyst they will be coding telecom vendors to appropriate projects, project allocation is changing constantly
Must be very detailed oriented
Must have experience in vendor management, will be involved in vendor contract negotiations as well
Must have strong comm skills, adaptable personality based on who they are collaborating with, will need to escalate issues to proper stakeholders
Will be working with service desk team, financial analyst team, engineering, and IT telecom team; must build relationships within all the teams
Moments of herding cats to get approval and corrections on contracts and invoices
Ideally want someone who has worked for a company where the financial model is constructed around project-based work. The organization is largely funded by strictly project so there is complicated billing operations
