Job Description:

As a Livestream Host at Novva Media, you will represent our brand and our clients’ products through engaging and interactive livestream sessions on TikTok. You will be responsible for presenting products, providing insightful details, answering questions, and encouraging purchases from viewers. This role requires an energetic personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think on your feet. The ideal candidate is adaptable, understands the nuances of online engagement, and can maintain a strong presence in front of the camera.

Key Responsibilities:

- Host and conduct TikTok livestream sessions featuring various e-commerce products.

- Showcase and describe product features, benefits, and uses in an appealing and relatable manner.

- Answer questions from the audience and address comments in real-time.

- Build a rapport with viewers and encourage engagement through storytelling and personal interaction.

- Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to develop engaging content and themes for livestreams.

- Maintain an active and professional presence on social media platforms.

- Monitor viewer analytics and provide feedback to the marketing team on audience engagement and product performance.

- Continuously improve personal hosting skills through feedback and market research.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in hosting or presenting (online or offline).

- Comfortable and charismatic in front of a camera, with the ability to adapt to different scenarios.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build a connection with the audience.

- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok, and an understanding of their audiences.

- Ability to understand product details and explain them in a simple, engaging manner.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to handle live and unscripted scenarios.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on livestream scheduling needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce is a plus.

- Knowledge of trends in e-commerce, social media, and live video hosting.

- Proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is an asset (depending on the audience demographics).
