Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

Dodd Creative Group is currently seeking an organizational wizard to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of professional experience as a traffic or workflow coordinator in a previous company. They will be detail-oriented, energetic, tech-savvy, flexible, humble, have a team player attitude. This is a full-time, in-person position with salary and benefits.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work directly with the brand director, account management team, VP of signage, and creative directors to coordinate and manage traffic flow for all projects, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines.
  • Evaluate and implement a new project management system and develop processes to streamline our business operations.
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution to contribute to the successful completion of projects.
  • Meet with internal teams to understand and track project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly
  • Organize project kick-off meetings to set expectations and establish responsibilities.
  • Track project progress, compile relevant data, and provide regular reports to the team
  • Create contracts for branding, print, and digital jobs and manage the corresponding digital and physical files. 
  • Create and manage purchase orders and cost sheets for branding, print, and digital department.
  • Assist account management team with client communication when needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a traffic coordinator position
  • Experience working with and implementing project management software (ie Function Point, Monday, Workfront, Asana, Smartsheets, etc.)
  • Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with innovative strategies to drive process development in the company
  • A quick learner who is highly organized, self-starting, and brilliant at multitasking in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Prompt, prepared, dependable, and a team player
  • An ability to anticipate and adapt to others’ needs

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in marketing or design and familiarity with deliverables such as logos, print, digital, signage, environmental graphics, etc.
  • Experience working in real estate, architecture, and/or interior design
