Title: Quality Training Specialist

Location: Nashville, TN (Onsite)

Job description:

Capgemini seeks a hardworking Quality Training Specialist to join our team in Nashville. Ideal for a dedicated individual passionate about contributing to our engineering projects. You will ensure QMS alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with business leaders and departments to determine training objectives that align with overall business goals and regulatory compliance requirements, particularly FDA standards and guidelines.
  • Ensure that training programs support ongoing compliance and foster high-quality performance within the organization.
  • Set clear and measurable objectives for training programs to guarantee they meet organizational needs and compliance standards.
  • Drive the design and development of comprehensive training materials and curriculum frameworks, ensuring strict alignment with regulatory guidelines, business goals, and industry standard methodologies.
  • Develop compelling content for training modules, including presentations, e-learning modules, workshops, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Accurately detail all training programs and materials, maintaining meticulous records in accordance with FDA and industry-specific compliance requirements.
  • Lead periodic reviews of training programs, incorporating invaluable feedback and evaluating the efficiency of training content and delivery.
  • Implement timely updates to ensure that training materials remain current with evolving FDA regulations, company procedures, and business requirements.
  • Provide detailed reports on training program performance, including attendance, completion rates, and participant feedback.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Quality Management, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
  • Must have 3-5 years of experience in training development or related fields like pharmaceuticals.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
