About the Role:

We’re looking for experienced, passionate, and energetic Healthcare Recruiters to join our in-office team for our Travel and Allied divisions! If you're a seasoned pro ready to make a real impact, this is the perfect opportunity for you! As a recruiter, you’ll be at the heart of connecting talented travel clinicians with healthcare facilities across the country. You’ll use your expertise to ensure our clients are staffed with top-tier nursing and allied health professionals while creating an awesome experience for candidates every step of the way. Key Areas of Responsibilities :

  • Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments, ensuring the right fit for each opportunity.
  • Proactively reach out to potential candidates, building lasting relationships, understanding their unique needs, and qualifying them for open job opportunities.
  • Educate candidates on the personal and professional advantages of pursuing a travel healthcare career.
  • Generate new leads through diverse recruiting channels, strategic outreach, and referrals to grow your candidate pool.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with travel healthcare professionals, helping them achieve their career goals.
  • Continuously strive for improvement in recruitment strategies and career growth, always seeking new ways to excel.
  • Stay highly motivated to meet and exceed recruitment targets and goals while contributing to overall team success.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a strong sense of urgency to meet client needs and fill assignments promptly.
  • Maintain a client-focused mentality with a genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service and support.
  • Collaborate closely with account managers to understand staffing requirements and match the best candidates with each assignment.
  • Support clinicians through the entire hiring process, from contract details to regular check-ins throughout their assignments.
  • Keep an active pipeline of qualified candidates, consistently engaging with potential future placements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, staffing regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
  • Meet individual recruitment targets while contributing to the success and growth of the department.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications Needed:

  • At least two years of previous recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare or travel nurse staffing.
  • In-depth knowledge of travel nurse roles, licensure, and credentialing requirements.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple open positions at once.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach with a passion for helping nurses find fulfilling assignments.
