Job Description

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN - CSICU/RICU (Russell ICU)

Shift : Nights / shift starts 6:45p, 12x3, 36 hrs/week, EOW

Length : 13 weeks

Holidays: Rotate in with core staff

Requirements:

• CA License 


• 2 years in Cardiac ICU
• Cardiac experience


• BCLS


• ACLS
• NIHSS
• Care of immediate post op cardiac surgery experience preferred

Others :

• Charting System: Cerner
• Common diagnosis / Types of patients: AMI, AVR, MVR, resp failure, renal failure, IABP, CRRT, Empella, therapeutic hypothermia. Chest tube insertion, intubation, and emergency sternotomies are common procedures
• Dysrhythmia exam (basic) is required
• Must be able to read and interpret EKG strips
• Ratios 1:1 - 2. IABP is not 1:1
• RICU (Medical ICU)/CSICI - will float between the two units
• First to Float

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).

Estimated Weekly Rate: $2733 per week
