Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee and manage our roofing projects. The Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring high-quality work, meeting project deadlines, and maintaining a safe work environment. This is Traveling position

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with safety regulations
• Communicate with project managers, clients, and contractors to ensure project goals are met
• Manage and coordinate the work of roofing crews and subcontractors
• Maintain project schedules and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Conduct safety meetings and ensure all crew members follow safety protocols

Qualifications:

• 5+ Years of Experience in Commercial Roofing
• Experience as a Superintendent or in a Supervisory Role
• Metal and Flat Roofing Experience
• Knowledge of roofing materials and installation methods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
