The Opportunity

The Vice President of Asset Management and O&M will lead the strategic and operational management of a diverse portfolio of renewable energy assets—including solar, wind, and battery storage. This executive will oversee asset performance, drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, and contribute to the company’s growth and sustainability objectives. The role reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Asset Management

• Develop and execute strategies to optimize the financial and operational performance of operating assets.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial performance monitoring to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met.
• Cultivate relationships with investors, lenders, and other key stakeholders, including preparation and presentation of performance reports.
• Drive asset optimization initiatives to maximize value and efficiency across the portfolio.

Operations & Maintenance (O&M)

• Lead the O&M strategy to deliver high availability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Manage relationships with contractors, service providers, and technology vendors.
• Negotiate and oversee contracts, ensuring service level agreements are achieved and compliance with project agreements, warranties, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement predictive and preventive maintenance programs to enhance asset lifecycle and performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deploy advanced analytics and innovative solutions that reduce downtime and optimize generation.
• Uphold rigorous standards for safety, environmental compliance, and operational best practices.
