Type: Contract-W2
Pay Rate: $15/hr - $20/hour on W2
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Hours: 40 per week
Interview: 15-minute virtual
📦 Job Summary
The Warehouse Operator supports warehouse operations — including picking, packing, and shipping customer orders, receiving inbound shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy while ensuring compliance with hazardous material regulations.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
📤 Outbound (Shipping)
• Pack items accurately for customer shipment per guidelines.
• Verify product details (chemical name, catalog & lot numbers, unit size, weight).
• Apply appropriate hazard labels and markings.
• Stage completed boxes for shipment.
📥 Inbound (Receiving)
• Unpack and restock inbound shipments.
• Maintain accurate records and organization of stock.
🏗 Inventory & Maintenance
• Perform shelf audits and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Use SAP for inventory management and tracking.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Dispose of debris and organize packing materials.
🧰 Miscellaneous
• Operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, carts, and packing tools.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
• Maintain exemplary attendance and adherence to schedule.
💪 Required Skills & Abilities
• Picking and packing experience (mandatory).
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Competence in using SAP, PCs, and scanners.
• Physical ability to:
o Stand/walk for 8+ hours.
o Occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs unassisted (with help for heavier loads).
o Perform movements such as bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, etc.
🧤 Work Environment
• Exposure to chemicals and substances requiring PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• No exposure to biological materials or loud noise environments.
• No forklift operation or respirator usage required.
