2ND SHIFT WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
LOCATION Chicago Metropolitan Area
COMPENSATION $73,000 - $92,000

MUST HAVE Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct all activities in the distribution center for second shift operations.
- Lead daily warehouse meetings and participate in management discussions.
- Manage team member compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Act as a key stakeholder for safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping.
- Oversee and enforce compliance with all governmental and food safety regulations.
- Develop, lead, and implement continuous improvement initiatives for the department.
- Manage department payroll, inventory control, and labor efficiency cost savings.
- Serve as a main point of contact for sales, finance, customer service, and production.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline is required.
- Extensive working knowledge of current food safety regulations, including HACCP/SQF.
- Computer skills within an ERP system and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Advanced communication skills to develop, coach, and mentor team members.
