This firm is looking for a Water Conveyance Practice Lead for their Tulsa, Oklahoma office. This position will provide you the opportunity to have a key role in helping build the Oklahoma regional as well as be a part of the company's growth plans.

Requirements :

• Professional Engineer (P.E) License in Oklahoma.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering or relevant degree.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in relevant water engineering - water wastewater infrastructure planning, detailed design, and construction.
• Experience in managing water and wastewater programs and projects.
• Experience in oversight of technical tasks, project teams, performing studies, and assessment.
• Knowledge of water wastewater - local, federal, and state permitting requirements.

• Willing and able to travel to project sites and client meetings.

Brief Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from planning to construction, presenting updates to clients, and managing schedules and budgets.

• Oversee teams providing technical solutions for water and wastewater systems.
• Advise clients on processes and readiness for major programs.
• Ensure quality control and technical leadership for large projects.
• Provide technical expertise for marketing and business development.
• Assist with proposals and project interviews.
• Develop client relationships in Tulsa.
• Mentor and recruit team members.
