We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Webmaster to join our team. The Webmaster will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and user experience across our digital platforms. This position is responsible for updating/managing copy and content on multiple domains in WordPress. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our creative team, internal teams and external partners to focus on building marketing efforts for scalability.
Job Description
- Manage multiple websites using WordPress content management systems to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Partner with the creative team on design projects, ensuring responsive design principles are applied.
- Partner with third-party web development agencies for web development needs by communicating requirements effectively and by following advised best practices.
- Work with internal teams to update and maintain content accuracy on our websites.
- Collaborate on strategies to enhance and scale marketing efforts through effective web solutions.
- Work with SEO team to implement strategies for improving traffic and conversions for lead volume.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance web management practices.
- Assist with the integration of third-party applications and tools as needed.
- Create and modify custom HTML email templates while adhering to email development and accessibility best practices.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business or marketing preferred not required
- Highschool diploma - Required
- Proficient in WordPress content management systems with a basic understanding of HTML & CSS.
- Extensive experience in building HTML E-mails using best practices for various marketing tools.
- Understanding of WordPress Enfold, Gutenberg, and Elementor is a plus
- Experience integrating with platforms such as HubSpot and email marketing tools.
- Knowledge of responsive design, SEO best practices, and web accessibility standards.
- Experience using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Experience with website cross-browser and device testing.
- Basic understanding of caching systems and how they relate to website content management.
- Effective written and oral communication skills are essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail .
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive approach to learning and adopting new technologies.
