Join Our Team as a Youth Pastor at CCC!

Are you passionate about investing in the next generation of Christ-followers? CCC is seeking a dynamic, relational, and spiritually grounded Youth Pastor to lead and grow our youth ministry. This is an exciting opportunity to shape young lives, build strong relationships with families, and help cultivate a Christ-centered community for students.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead & Inspire: Develop and oversee a vibrant youth ministry that connects students to Christ and one another.
• Mentor & Equip: Teach, disciple, and walk alongside youth, nurturing their spiritual growth while equipping them to live out their faith.
• Build Community: Collaborate with parents, train volunteer leaders, and integrate youth ministry with CCC’s broader mission—including strong partnership with our Children’s Ministry.
• Serve the Church: Be an active part of CCC’s life—attending staff meetings, engaging in congregational events, and supporting church-wide initiatives.
• Camp Ministry: Cooperate with our Camp Director to execute our exciting two-week summer camp ministry—a highlight of our youth programming!

What We’re Looking For:

• A heart for youth and a passion for ministry
• A proven leader who meets the biblical qualifications of an Elder/Deacon
• A team player who values collaboration across ministries
• A college degree (required)
• A willingness to take on additional roles as needed by the church body
