Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead and manage ground-up construction projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and subcontractors effectively.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent for a general contractor.
Proven experience in ground-up/new build commercial construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project for scheduling and ProCore (preferred).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as required.
