Overview

Well-established local multifamily investment & development company is seeking a Development Analyst to join our team. This full-time position will spend the majority of their time focused on analytical tasks working both independently and as part of a team, interacting with all divisions of the company including investments, development, construction, and asset management. The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter who communicates well and can multitask with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Financial modeling using Excel: real estate development and acquisition underwriting
• Asset Management: participate and lead in efforts related to operations, leasing, marketing, budgeting, etc.
• Research: market analysis, pricing analysis, comp studies, etc.
• Assisting in preparation of investment packages and reports
• Transaction Management: organization of critical documents and deadlines
• Communication with brokers, attorneys, engineers, title companies, etc.

Requirements

• Must be extremely proficient in Excel (skills assessment will be given)
• Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, Finance or Accounting preferred
• Minimum Experience: Two years of full-time employment, multifamily or commercial real estate experience preferred
• Ability to work in a confidential environment

Compensation and Benefits

• $85,000-$95,000, based on experience, skills, and qualifications
