Job Description:

Our client is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer T3 to manage and maintain infrastructure across multiple cloud service providers. You will work with a variety of tools to ensure smooth deployment, manage cloud infrastructure, and troubleshoot issues. This role requires hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, GitLab, Docker/Kubernetes, and cloud services like AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Write, modify, and run Terraform to deploy and maintain infrastructure across cloud platforms.
• Manage and troubleshoot customer infrastructure using Ansible playbooks.
• Maintain customer infrastructure through GitLab repositories, creating merge requests for changes.
• Configure and deploy containerized services using Docker/Kubernetes.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues in traffic flow between environments.
• Produce and maintain documentation for network/system design and governance.
• Develop SOPs, knowledge base articles, and technical bulletins.
• Implement monitoring, configuration management, and logging in multi-tenant cloud environments.
• Work with a security-first mindset across all responsibilities.
• Utilize generative AI for efficiency, security, and resource management.

Must-Haves:

• 5-8+ years of experience with Python, Terraform, Ansible, Concourse CI/CD, Vault, Identity Management.
• Proficient in AWS, Azure, and GCP foundational technologies.
• Strong Linux OS skills: deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with RBAC design and provisioning.
• Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, routing, DNS, SDN).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and scripting languages (Bash, Python).
• Experience in logging and log processing in cloud environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

• Team-oriented with a proactive approach to supporting infrastructure needs.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Expertise in large-scale distributed systems design and troubleshooting.
• Experience optimizing code and automating routine tasks.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira.
