Job Overview:

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies across various channels. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills who can leverage digital tools and tactics to achieve business goals and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and set measurable goals to track the success of marketing campaigns.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across various platforms, including our website, blogs, social media, and email.
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and other team members to ensure consistent brand messaging and voice.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and manage social media marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Analyze social media metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as necessary.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated workflows.
  • Segment email lists and analyze campaign performance to optimize open and conversion rates.

Paid Advertising:

  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor budget allocation and performance metrics to ensure effective use of marketing spend.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, behaviors, and preferences to inform marketing strategies.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts across the organization.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and performance analysis.
  • Experience leading a team is preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), email marketing software, and social media management tools.
  • Strong understanding of HTML/CSS and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization techniques.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
