We are looking for a Director of Technical Recruiting to be the senior leader responsible for architecting and executing a talent-acquisition strategy that attracts world-class sales, cloud, data, and AI/ML engineers. You will partner with executive stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Delivery; and ensure hiring outcomes keep pace with our rapid growth in cloud-native and AI-native professional-services projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a three-year hiring roadmap that aligns with sales and engineering capacity forecasts and revenue targets.
• Define ideal-candidate personas for cloud architects, software engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, and GenAI specialists.
• Design data-driven sourcing strategies to maintain 4× pipeline coverage for priority roles.
• Drive diversity-focused initiatives to expand representation in our tech workforce.
• Partner with as strategic talent advisor to the CTO, VPs of Engineering & Delivery, and hyperscaler alliance managers.
• Develop college co-op and entry level recruiting programs with strategic universities for talent pipeline.
• Elevate the company’s brand in the cloud and AI communities through thought-leadership content, tech talks, university partnerships, and open-source contributions.
• As an individual contributor, you will independently drive end-to-end recruitment for technical and leadership roles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Demonstrated success hiring cloud architects, SREs, platform engineers, data engineers, and AI/ML practitioners at
• Deep market knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, MLOps, GenAI/LLM skill sets and compensation trends.
• Proficiency with modern recruiting tech stack
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a technical discipline
• Entrepreneurial drive and mindset operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
