We are seeking a motivated and organized Events Assistant to join our team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will assist with the planning and execution of events, ensuring every detail is carefully managed to provide a seamless experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, from initial concept to final execution.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for each event.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure smooth event operations.
  • Handle event logistics, including scheduling, transportation, and materials management.
  • Assist with on-site event management, ensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly.
  • Support the events team with administrative tasks, including creating event timelines, budgets, and reports.
  • Provide customer service to clients and guests during events, ensuring satisfaction.

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for event planning.

  • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.
