We’re now looking for a Google Ads Specialist who thrives on data, precision, and performance, someone who understands how to turn clicks into real patients and scale local campaigns that change lives.

About the Role

You’ll own the full lifecycle of Google Ads management for a portfolio of healthcare clients, from keyword research and campaign setup to A/B testing and optimization.

This role combines performance marketing , conversion strategy , and analytical storytelling . You’ll work with account managers, creatives, and our analytics team to make every campaign efficient, compliant, and conversion-focused.

What You’ll Do
Google Ads Management
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) focused on local healthcare lead generation .
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to maximize reach and efficiency.
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bidding strategies to drive consistent, cost-effective patient inquiries.
  • Continuously test and iterate on ad copy, targeting, and creative to improve CTR, CVR, and ROI.
  • Maintain clean campaign structure and ensure all ads comply with healthcare advertising guidelines.
Landing Page Optimization & A/B Testing
  • Edit and A/B test landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create high-performing, message-aligned pages.
  • Track and report on conversion funnel data — bounce rates, CVR, and form submissions — to identify bottlenecks and wins.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Set up, QA, and monitor tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4 .
  • Analyze data and provide clear, actionable insights that inform strategy and budget allocation.
  • Build client-facing dashboards and performance summaries using Looker Studio or Sheets.
  • Partner with account leads to share key findings during weekly and monthly performance reviews.
Optimization & Strategy
  • Audit and refine campaigns regularly to identify scaling opportunities and inefficiencies.
  • Develop local targeting strategies (zip-code level, radius, and demographic segmentation).
  • Collaborate with the content and creative team to align campaigns with patient messaging.
  • Stay current on algorithm updates, Google policy changes, and evolving healthcare ad trends.

What We’re Looking For Experience
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (agency experience preferred).
  • Proven track record running local lead generation campaigns ~ ideally in healthcare, medspa, or other regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to lower CPL and scale accounts while maintaining quality and compliance.
Skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads , Google Analytics (GA4) , Google Tag Manager , and Search Console .
  • Comfortable working within and analyzing data from CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Experience building or editing landing pages and tracking forms.
  • Proficiency in Looker Studio , Google Sheets , and performance reporting.
  • Understanding of SEO and keyword intent as it relates to paid strategy.
Preferred
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) .
  • Experience running healthcare or multi-location local campaigns .
  • Google Ads / Analytics certification.
  • Experience with CRO tools (Hotjar, Unbounce, VWO).
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance and patient privacy standards.
