• Enrollment in or completion of a state-certified training program
• Must live within 20 minutes of Torrington, CT
• Strong learning aptitude, able to follow instructions and communicate effectively
• Clear driving record (company vehicle may be provided as you gain experience)
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and a career in HVAC
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
